If balance less than Rs.25,000/- but more than Rs.18,750/-	Rs.300/-
If balance less than Rs.18,750/- but more than Rs.12,500/-	Rs.600/-
If balance less than Rs.12,500/-	Rs.900/-

Note – AQB Non - Maintenance charge, if applicable shall be recovered from the primary account (based on choice indicated by the customer at the time off account opening)

• One Passport Size Colour Photograph
• Initial deposit amount of Rs.25,000/- or more
• PAN card or Form 60 / 61 where PAN card not available
• Any one document from each of the following groups:

  Passport or Driving License or Voter’s ID or Photo Debit / Credit Card
  Address Proof
  Passport or Driving License or Voter’s ID or Utility Bill (not older than 3 months)
