By availing these or any other services of IndusInd Bank, the Customer shall be deemed to have read and accepted all terms and conditions as applicable. It shall be the responsibility of the Customer to familiarize himself/herself/itself with this or any other disclaimer and any specific terms or any amendment thereto.

IndusInd Bank shall provide its NRI Customers with NEAT (NRI Enquiry Assistance Tracker) which is a complimentary service. NRI Customer on disclosing its NRI account number can log his query relating Taxation and Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) in India, Repatriation of currency out of funds held in India or on buying and selling of any assets in India or any other related query. Query of the Customer shall be forwarded by IndusInd Bank to its external subject matter expert who shall provide response to the query and the same shall be forwarded by IndusInd Bank to its NRI customer. Customer agrees and accepts that role of IndusInd Bank is merely that of a facilitator who shall route the query of its NRI customer and assist its customer to obtain an appropriate response. At no point of time IndusInd Bank shall endorse the response received from the external subject matter expert nor shall IndusInd Bank be responsible for accuracy of the response. Any action taken or contemplated to be taken by the customer based on the response received from the external subject matter expert shall be at the risk and responsibility of the customer.

Customers access and use of the NEAT Services is subject to the Terms of Use displayed on this website and also the customer being the NRE Customer of IndusInd Bank. By accessing and browsing, customer accepts, without limitation or qualification, the Terms of Use.

IndusInd Bank shall not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of the information supplied and materials contained therein. In no event will IndusInd Bank shall be liable for any damages, including without limitation direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with the provision of NEAT services or delay in information supplied/ or service requested or in connection with any failure of performance, error of the a external subject matter expert, and/or omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission of the information and service requested and IndusInd Bank, their directors, promoters, employees, associates, agents and assigns shall not in any way be responsible for any loss or damages arising from delay or inability to use the information supplied and service requested. Any act or omission of IndusInd Bank shall not entitle the customer to any quantified or un-quantified damages of any nature whatsoever.

Customer hereby agrees to indemnify and to keep IndusInd Bank fully and effectively indemnified against any action, liability, cost, claim, loss, damage, proceeding or expense (including legal fees, costs and expenses on a full indemnity basis) suffered or incurred by IndusInd Bank arising from or which is directly or indirectly related to:- (a) Customers access to and/or use of IndusInd Bank NEAT service and/or any other person or entity's use of this service or web site where such person or entity was able to access the service or web site using Customers user id and/or password; or (b) any breach or non-observance of any of these Terms of Use by Customer or by any other person or entity where such person or entity was able to access and/or use the service or web site by using Customers user id and login password.

Customer agrees and accepts that to provide services IndusInd Bank shall necessarily share the information supplied by the customer with the external subject matter expert/ third party. Therefore customer agrees and accepts not to hold IndusInd Bank liable for any breach of confidentiality. Customer further agrees and accepts that IndusInd Bank shall not be subject to any obligations of confidentiality regarding information submitted by the Customer except as agreed by the IndusInd Bank.

Customer acknowledges that IndusInd Bank own all legal right , title and interest in and to the services including any intellectual property rights which subsists in the services whether those are registered or not.
