  How to block your Debit card using phone banking
  - Call phone banking at 1860 267 7777 to block your card immediately

• Block using IndusNet
  

  How to Block your Debit Card using Indus Net
  - Login to IndusNet
  - Click on Service Requests Tab
  - Select Debit Card Requests
  - Click on Notify Lost or Stolen Card
  - Select the account linked to your Card
  - - Select the Debit Card you wish to block, choose the reason and Submit.

• Block using IndusMobile App
  

  How to block your Debit card using Indus Mobile APP
  - Login to the App
  - Click on Debit Cards Tab on home Screen
  - Select the Debit Card you wish to block and click on "Block Card"
  - Select Card  and Reason and Submit.

• Block using SMS
  

  How to block Your Debit Card using  SMS
  - SMS LOST MMDDYYYY to 9223512966 from your registered mobile number, where MMDDYYYY is your DoB. e.g. LOST 01071990 where date of birth is 1st of July 1990
  - Please note that hotlist on SMS feature will not work if you have more than one Card. However, you can call 1860 267 7777 to block your card immediately.

  – Please call 1860 267 7777 to block your Credit Card on the IVR, or speak to our Phone Banking Officer to block your Credit Card.

• Block using IndusNet
  

  How to block your Credit card using IndusNet
  - Login to IndusNet
  - Click on Service Requests Tab
  - Select Credit Card Requests
  - >Click on Credit Card Blocking Request
  - Select the Credit Card you wish to block, choose the reason and Submit.

• Block using IndusMobile App
  

  How to block your Credit card using Indus Mobile App
  - Login to the App
  - Click on Service Request Tab on Credit Card Details Screen
  - Select the Credit Card you wish to block
  - Select Card Related Requests and Proceed
  - Select Block Credit Card.

• Block using SMS

  – SMS BLOCK <SPACE> <Last 4 digits of your Credit Card Number> to 5676757 from your registered mobile number to block your Credit Card instantly.

• Block using Phone Banking

• Block using IndusMobile App

  - Click on Menu and select More
  - Click on settings
  - Click on net banking option to enable/disable the same immediately
