Terms and Conditions

  • Available from March 1st to May 31st, 2025. Post-offer, standard rates will apply.
  • Current Account opening and POS machine installation must occur within the offer period.
  • Customer should maintain a minimum balance of â‚ą1,00,000 in your Current Account to qualify for MDR discounts.
  • The installed POS machine must be active every month, with a minimum of â‚ą 5,000 worth of transactions per calendar month.
  • Customers need to ensure timely POS rental payments as per the applicable plan, with no defaults.
  • The POS- MDR discounts will be calculated at the end of the offer assessment period and reversed against MDR charges for subsequent months, up to 3 months (June to Aug’25) post-offer.
  • MDR discounts apply only to Retail POS Credit Card swipe transactions; standard MDR rates apply to other payment modes.
  • MDR discounts apply only to POS Credit Card swipe transactions; standard MDR rates apply to other payment modes.
  • MDR discounts are considered at the merchant level, not on individual POS machines.
  • Offer is available only for merchants onboarded under regular business MCCs. Special/discounted MCCs are not eligible.

All the terms and conditions of the Offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the primary terms and conditions governing the Current Account and Merchant Agreement ("Customer T&C) and shall at all times be read along with terms of the Customer T&Cs and such other terms and conditions that the Bank may deem appropriate from time to time in its sole discretion. Any irreconcilable contradiction between the terms and conditions contained herein and the Customer T&Cs, then terms of the Customer T&Cs shall prevail.
