General Terms & Conditions for Welcome Gift
- Welcome Gift is subject to the customer complying with the conditions mentioned below.
- The cardholder shall be eligible for the Welcome Gift on payment of the Joining fees or settlement of payment against joining fees.
- The card holder will be sent an SMS from IndusInd Bank once he is eligible for a welcome gift within 10 working days of fee payment.
- The card holder will then need to request for dispatch of the welcome gift within 120 days of receiving the SMS by contacting the Bankās helpline number at 1860 267 7777 or write to priority.care@indusind.com. Please note, welcome gift dispatch request received after the stipulated time period will not be considered.
- On receipt of request from the cardholder, SMS will be sent to his registered mobile number within 15 working days on the process to redeem the E-Gift Voucher.
- The cardholder shall be solely responsible for the security and safekeeping of the E-Gift Card.
- The holder of the Gift Card is deemed to be the beneficiary
- Welcome gift once selected cannot be changed.
- The E-voucher code will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and the validity cannot be extended.

- The holder of the E- Gift Voucher (GV) is deemed to be the beneficiary.
- Please refer to the respective brand terms and conditions on our website for capping, if any, regarding multiple use of vouchers to be redeemed for a single transaction.
- This is a ONE time use GV with an expiration date.
- Each GV will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
- No credit note or refund for the unused balance amount of the GV will be given.
- Any unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically after expiry date.
- If a Gift Voucher (GV) gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours.
