The Bank is running a special promotional campaign for the Cricket World Cup 2023 for customers opening their Savings account with the Bank during the Offer Period as mentioned below and winners will get Limited edition ICC branded Cricket ball (‘Offer’)

Offer shall not be available for the customers opening salary accounts/ Add-On accounts/Zero balance & NR accounts.

• Offer is valid for select IndusInd Bank Savings Account variant opened during the Offer period.
• Offer is valid for first 5000 new customers irrespective of Savings Account variant.
• In case of joint holders, only the primary account holder will be eligible for the offer.
• The customer shall be responsible for reviewing these Term and Conditions & shall be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions on accepting the offer
• The participation in the offer is voluntary.
• Customer’s Savings Account must be active and not to be closed at the time of offer processing.
• The offers are subject to force majeure events or any event or condition outside reasonable control of IndusInd Bank.
• In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
• The Bank reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other Offer, whether similar to this offer or to withdraw it altogether without giving prior notice.
• The Bank does not warrant, represent or guarantee the quality of the Limited edition ICC Cricket Ball to be given as a prize under this Offer and no complaint regarding the same shall be entertained by the Bank.
• Winners under this Offer will be identified as per eligibility criteria and the applicable prize will be sent to registered address of the winner customer by 20th November 2023.
• The terms and conditions of the Offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the primary terms and conditions governing the savings account and shall at all times be read along with such terms and conditions, and such other terms and conditions that the Bank may deem appropriate in its sole discretion. Any irreconcilable contradiction between the terms and conditions contained herein and the terms and conditions governing the savings account, then terms and conditions governing the savings account shall prevail.
• Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai.
