As part of our ongoing commitment to offering you the best banking experience, we will be upgrading our Core Banking System. This upgrade activity is scheduled on Saturday, July 22, 2023 from 1:00 am to 10:00 am (IST).

During this period, the following banking services will not be available

1. Bank’s applications namely IndusNet (Net Banking), IndusMobile (Mobile App), Corporate Net Banking, Corporate Mobile Banking and other electronic and digital channels & platforms.
2. All payment channels including NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, AEPS, SWIFT, NACH, ATM, POS and Ecommerce transactions.

As a consequence of the above, Scheduled Payments / Standing Instructions will get processed with a delay as they shall be undertaken post completion of upgrade activity.

Please note that there will be no impact on Credit card, Prepaid and Forex Card transactions.

In light of the above, you are requested to plan your banking transactions accordingly in advance.

We also request you to exercise due caution during the above referred period. Please do not share your personal details like Pin, Passwords etc. or any other sensitive information with anybody. IndusInd Bank or its employees never ask for your personal information or account details.
