Do I need to pay when I use the Auto Assist?
You do not need to pay for arrangement, however, all expenses including labour charges or any repair charges, need to be paid to the mechanic.

How long does it normally take for the mechanic to come to me in the time of emergency?
The Auto Assist service is on a best-efforts basis, and the time would depend on the location of the vehicle. However, normally it would take about 30 to 45 minutes to reach you within city limits and about one to one and a half hour to reach you if you are outside city limits.
