TAT :

  • For loan amount less than 25 Lakhs, applications will be decisioned within 14 working days.
  • For loan amount greater than 25 lakhs, applications will be decisioned within 45 working days

KYC/Constitutional Documents:- a) KYC of Directors/partners/proprietor & Guarantors.
b) Latest list of directors and shareholders as on date. 
c) Partnership deed / Certificate of Incorporation/Commencement
d) PAN, Business License, Factory License, Udyam Certificate of Borrowing firm.
e) Brief Profile of the Borrower since their incorporation, details of units, details of Activity, Business Model etc.
f) Brief Description of Directors and guarantor including their education, work experience etc.
Financials Documents:- a) Complete financials along with tax audit Report (3CA/3CB, 3CD), ITR and COI of Firm of last 3 audited years.
b) Last 3 years ITR and COI of Directors and guarantors.
c) GST Returns from April23 to till month
d)Projected/estimated Balance sheet of next year. 
e)Debtor ageing for last 3 years.
f)Sales bifurcation in terms of Domestic sales and export sales.
g)Commodity wise Sale & purchase detail for last two years.
Banking:- a) CA/CC/OD/TL statements of Borrowing firm.
b) Latest Sanction letter of limit running.
c) Debt profile including detail of all running loans with their sanctioned and outstanding amount as on date.
Other Documents a) Stock Statements for the last six months including party wise and aging wise details of Debtors and Creditors
b) Top 5 Customers and Top 5 Suppliers of the client including sales/purchase made with them and vintage details.
c)Electricity Bills for last six months in case of manufacturing unit.
