  • What are the additional benefits of Care Savings Account Program?

    In addition to banking benefits, Care Savings Account Program customers receive the following benefits:

    • MediBuddy vHealth Membership as welcome offer

    • Care Smile Points

  • How can I become eligible for Care additional benefits?

    MediBuddy vHealth Membership: Receive the membership voucher as a welcome gift within 90 days of successfully opening or upgrading your account.

    Care Smile Points: Earn up to 2,000 points on reaching a cumulative debit card spend milestone of Rs. 10,000 on e-commerce or POS transactions within 6 months from onboarding/upgrade.

  • What are Care Smile Points?

    Care Smile Points are a one-time benefit offered to Care Savings Accounts Program customers. You can earn up to 2,000 Smile Points on achieving cumulative debit card spend milestones of ₹10,000* within 6 months from card issuance through e-commerce or POS transactions.

    *The benefit is tiered across two milestone spends criteria as mentioned below:

    • 1st Milestone: Earn 800 Smile Points by spending Rs. 5,000

    • 2nd Milestone: Earn an additional 1,200 accelerated Smile Points for the next Rs. 5,000 spends

  • How do I redeem my Care Smile Points?

    Once you meet the debit card spend requirement, you will receive a notification with instructions to redeem your Care Smile Points.

  • Will I earn Care Smile Points on every eligible transaction?

    Care Smile Points are awarded only upon meeting the specified milestone spend criteria within the 6-month period:

    • 800 Care Smile Points for the first ₹5,000 spent.

    • An additional 1,200 Care Smile Points for the next ₹5,000 spent.

    Once the 6-month period from account opening or upgrade lapses, no further Smile Points will be awarded. Only POS/ E-com spend transactions will be considered.

  • Can I redeem my Care Smile Points partially?

    Yes, Care Smile points are available for use as soon as they are credited on achieving a milestone. Care Smile Points can be redeemed for a value lower or even higher than available points. Any balance amount can be paid with IndusInd Debit Card.

  • What is the validity of Care Smile Points?

    Any unredeemed Care Smile Points will expire after one year from the date they are credited to your account. 

  • How will I receive the Care additional benefits?

    a)Medibuddy vHealth- Upon meeting the eligibility criteria (outlined above), the MediBuddy vHealth voucher code will be sent to your bank-registered mobile number (via SMS) and email. These messages will include a redemption link for activation.

    b)Care Smile Points- Once you meet the debit card spend requirement, you will receive a notification with instructions to redeem your Care Smile Points. Click here to visit our platform to redeem your Care Smile points

    Note: Since these services are provided digitally, please ensure your correct email and mobile number are updated in your IndusInd Bank account. Otherwise, you may not receive the voucher code.

  • Are additional benefits available only to Primary Account holder or to second/third holder as well?

    Both Primary and add-on account customers aged 60 years & above are eligible for Grande Care additional benefits (Medibuddy vHealth membership and Care Smile points).

    However, in joint accounts, only the primary account holder can avail these benefits.

  • How do I activate the MediBuddy vHealth Membership?

    You will receive your Membership ID via email and SMS on your registered contact details, along with a link to redeem the voucher. To activate, enter the Voucher Code and provide personal details like name, mobile number, address, and email ID.
    After activation:

    • A virtual kit with voucher codes for OPD/pharmacy discounts and a virtual health card will be available within 2 working days on the app and via email.

    • A physical kit will be mailed to your address within 10 working days.
