How to use boAt Smart Watch?

1. Charging the Watch
The smartwatch must be charged before initial use. It takes up to 2 hours to be fully charged. Connect and charge the watch with the given adaptor.

2. Turning Watch On/ OFF
To turn the watch on/off, long press the side button for 3-5 seconds. You can wake the screen by lifting your wrist

3. Connecting to the App

  • Download the boAt Crest app on your phone. Available on both App store and Google Play store.
    Or
    Scan the QR code available on the watch
  • Connect the device with the boat Crest App, ensure that the phone’s Bluetooth as well as GPS are turned on.
  • Select Ultima Rise on the home screen of the app and click pair to connect
  • Once connected, you will get an alert to connect with Ultima Rise, click pair if need to receive or make calls from the watch
  • To use all the features of your Smartwatch seamlessly, tap on ‘yes’ to the connection and ‘grant access’ system prompt.
  • Disable battery optimization.

4. Syncing your smartwatch to the app

  • Open the app on your phone
  • Make sure Watch is connected to the app
  • Synchronization will happen automatically.

5. Navigating through the functions
Short press the side button for main menu and click on the icon you want to use.

Warranty Claim Process for boAt Ultima Rise Smartwatch

Step 1:
Warranty Claim Portal:

The Claimant shall initiate the warranty claim process by visiting the Warranty Claim Portal on the boAt’s support page, accessible at the following URL: https://warranty.boat-lifestyle.com/service-center.

Step 2:
Selection of Purchase Platform:

During the Complaint Registration process on the boAt’s website, the Claimant shall select "Corporate Gift" as the purchase platform from the options provided on the complaint registration form.

Step 3:
Specification of Corporate Name:

The Claimant shall further specify the corporate name associated with the purchase by selecting "IndusInd" from the list of corporate names provided.

 Step 4:
Entry of Serial Number:

The Claimant shall input the accurate serial number of the Product for which the warranty claim is being made and submit all required details as part of the warranty claim process.

Step 5:
Verification and Confirmation:

Upon successful submission of the warranty claim, the Claimant will receive confirmation via email and WhatsApp, indicating the status of the claim along with any further instructions. The confirmation will serve as an acknowledgment of the receipt of the warranty claim.

  • The boAt reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at its sole discretion. Any changes shall be effective upon posting on boAt's official website.
