New / Enhancement proposals:

• Application form duly filled by the customer
• Udyam Registration Certificate for MSME borrowers (for MSME benefits to be applicable)
• MOA/AOA for limited company and partnership deed for partnership firm. 
• GST Registration certificate & GST Returns
• PAN Card Numbers- Borrower/Directors/Guarantors
• Complete last 3 years Audited Financials and ITR, along with Group Company details if any 
• Last 6 month’s Banking Statements of operative accounts
• Sanction Letter of existing bank in takeover cases 
• CIBIL report / consent
