Terms and Conditions of Welcome Gift and Care Engagement Plan for Indus Care & Grande Care Savings Account Customers (Aged 60 Years & above)
Introduction
IndusInd Bank Limited (the ‘Bank’) is offering a comprehensive fitness cover plan of Indian Health Organization (“MediBuddy vHealth”) as a welcome gift (“Welcome Gift”) and subject to the below eligibility criteria, Care Smile Points under Care Engagement Plan to its Resident Indian senior citizen customers (“Customer”) aged 60 Years & above holding valid and active premium Indus Grandé Care savings account or Indus Care savings account (“Savings Account”) with the Bank (“Offer”).
Offer Period:
This Offer is valid from February 2025 until the Offer is cancelled by the Bank.
a) Welcome Gift - Comprehensive Fitness Care Package by Indian Health Organization (MediBuddy vHealth), will be offered to eligible individuals as a Welcome Gift with account opening / upgrade to Indus Care & Indus Grande Care.
b) The Care Engagement Plan – One Time Care Smile Points benefits linked with Debit Card Spends within 6 months of on-boarding/ upgrade to Indus Care & Indus Grande Care:
Customers will get 2,000 Care Smile Points upon reaching a milestone spends* of Rs. 10,000 using Debit Card on POS/ECOM within 6 months of onboarding / upgrade.
*The benefit is tiered across two milestone spends criteria, as outlined below:
- 1st Milestone: Earn 800 Care Smile Points by spending Rs. 5,000
- 2nd Milestone: Earn an additional 1,200 accelerated Care Smile Points for the next Rs. 5,000 spends
Care Smile Points can be redeemed for a reward available on the IndusIndshop plus platform.
Eligibility Criteria:
Eligibility for Medibuddy vHealth Package:
- The Customer is required to open Indus Grandé Care savings account or Indus Care savings account or upgrade their existing account to Indus Grandé Care savings account or Indus Care savings account with minimum initial deposit as per the account/program variant. For initial deposit requirement for Saving Account variant, please reach out to the Bank’s executive or nearest Bank branch.
- The Customer is an individual and resident of India and aged 60 Years and above.
Eligibility for Care Engagement Plan:
- The Customer is an individual and resident of India. Customer is required to be aged 60 years and above.
- The benefit is applicable only once per account.
- Customer who has opened/ upgraded their account to Indus Care or Indus Grande Care Savings Account with the Bank.
- The Customer is required to spend Rs. 10,000/- * within 6 months of onboarding/ upgrade, to earn 2000 Care Smile Points.
*The benefit is tiered across two milestone spends criteria, as outlined below:
- 1st Milestone: Earn 800 Care Smile Points by spending Rs. 5,000/-
- 2nd Milestone: Earn an additional 1,200 accelerated Care Smile Points for the next spends of Rs. 5,000/-
Note: The above transaction requirements must be completed by the Customer within 6 months (one hundred eighty) days from Savings Account opening date or Savings Account upgrade date.
- Only E-com / POS purchase transactions will be eligible for milestone spend calculation.
- Cash withdrawal transactions or the transactions which are reversed or cancelled will not be eligible.
Disqualification
- This Offer is not applicable for the Bank’s staff/employees.
- The offer will not be extended to Customers who have migrated to other Savings account Programs.
Terms & Conditions for Welcome Gift- Medibuddy vHealth Membership Offer
- Once the new/ existing Customer has opened/ upgraded account to Indus Grandé Care savings account or Indus Care savings account with the Bank with an initial payment deposit requirement of the Bank, the eligible and qualified Customer will receive a communication from the Bank regarding complimentary annual Medibuddy vHealth membership on their email id and mobile number registered with the Bank. The Customer will be required to follow the instructions as provided by the Bank under the said communication for activation of the MediBuddy vHealth membership.
- One voucher of MediBuddy vHealth membership will be issued to the Customer per Savings Account.
- MediBuddy vHealth membership voucher code will be sent to the Customer by the Bank within ninety (90) days of opening/ upgrading the Savings Account to Indus Grandé Care savings account or Indus Care Savings Account with the Bank.
- The MediBuddy vHealth membership voucher code will be valid for 1year from date of receiving the same on the Customer’s registered email id and mobile number.
- In case, the mobile number or email id of the Customer is not registered or registered mobile number/email id is not valid or in case of any technical issue, Bank will not be liable for non-receipt of SMS/email by the Customer.
- The annual MediBuddy vHealth membership will start from the day the Customer activates his/her MediBuddy vHealth membership.

Terms & Conditions for Care Smile Points
- Care Smile Points is an on-boarding reward points benefit that can be earned only once within first 6 months of account on boarding / upgrade to Indus Care or Indus Grande Care Savings Account Program.
- Care smile point benefits are akin to the existing debit card rewards program and in line with the “RBI Master Direction – Credit Card and Debit Card – Issuance and Conduct Directions, 2022”.
- The debit transactions will be tracked on the new debit card issued post account opening/upgrade and the Customers will be communicated about their spending status on a regular basis for the first 6 months.
- Applicable Care Smile points will be credited on achieving each milestone and the said points will be posted on indusindshopplus platform.
- On achieving each spend milestone, a communication will be sent to the Customer on their registered email address.
- Customers on earning Care Smile Points, will receive communications from IndusInd Bank and GyFTR with instruction to redeem these points.
- Customers will not receive any points if the any of the milestone spending criteria is not met.
- Customer will have to login the indusindshopplus portal using their registered mobile number and redeem the points themselves for the benefit of their choice.
- Redemption of care smile points, selection of rewards and their subsequent of usage is entirely at the sole discretion of the Customer.
- Care Smile Points can be redeemed for various benefits, including pharmacy vouchers, OTT subscriptions, and other rewards. Points can be redeemed any time after they are credited.
- The Bundle of Benefits or choice/Array of partners for redeeming vouchers can be changed time to time basis Business Requirement/ Client response.
- Any unredeemed Care Smile Points will expire after one year from the date they are posted/credited on indusindshopplus platform..
- The regular rewards program (“Indus Rewards Program”) associated with card will continue as per the existing process https://www.indusind.com/in/en/personal/cards/indus-rewards.html
- Care Smile Reward Point can’t be clubbed or redeemed at Indus Rewards.
- Care Smile Points cannot be redeemed against cash benefits.
- Care Smile Points once redeemed cannot be reinstated in any scenario.
- Care Smile points are also applicable for add-on accounts as part of the group, subject to achieving milestone spends as per the Offer.
- Care Smile Points are a one-time benefit and will be credited on achieving respective milestone spends. No additional points will be awarded once 2000 points are credited to customer’s account.
- While redeeming the Points if the invoice amount is exceeding Rs. 2,000/-, the customers will have to pay the balance with their IndusInd Bank Debit Card. However, fitness watch can only be procured by redeeming Care smile points.
General Terms & Conditions of the Offer:
- This Offer is valid during the Offer Period only.
- The Customer will be eligible to get Offer only once during the Offer Period.
- This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer already running on website or exchanged against cash or partially redeemed.
- The participation of the Customer in this Offer is voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Customer shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
- The Offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be encashed.
- The Offer is applicable to the Customer to whom the Bank’s SMS/mailer is addressed.
- Any Customer availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted the Offer terms and conditions.
- The Bank shall neither be responsible nor guarantee delivery of the said SMS/emails to the Customer and shall not be liable for non-delivery of the same arising due to mobile network issues, Do Not Disturb (DND) activation by Customers and personal email settings of the Customer.

- The Bank reserves the right at any time without any prior notice to the Customer to add, alter or modify all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, the Offer by any other offer, whether similar to this Offer or withdraw the Offer completely at any time without prior notice to the Customer.
- The Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered or for any personal injury that may be suffered by the Customer as a result of availing the Offer.
- The Offer is subject to force majeure events or any event or condition outside reasonable control of the Bank.
- The Customer hereby consent to avail the Offer provided by the Bank through third party service provider(s). Customer hereby agree and declare that Customer has read relevant terms and conditions of the third-party product/services and shall not hold the Bank liable for any loss/damage caused to the Customer by availing such third party product and services or for any defect/deficiency in in it.

- To avail Care Additional offerings, the Customers will click on the link to the Vendor’s platform , which does not come under the purview of the Bank. The Bank has no control over any information/data shared by the Customers with such third party/ies and further usage of the same by third party/ies.
- The Bank is not responsible nor liable and does not guarantee on sale/quality/features/safety/security etc. of the products/services of MediBuddy vHealth and/or through redemption of Care Smile Points under the Offer. The Customers shall conduct its own due diligence of the products and services of MediBuddy vHealth and/or through redemption of Care Smile Points.
- The Bank does not warrant, represent or guarantee the quality of the products and services of the third parties availed by the Customers under this Offer. Any issues or complaints with respect to the quality or performance of the third party product and services, should be taken up with the respective service providers only.
- The product and services under this Offer are being offered solely by the respective service providers and the Bank is not selling / rendering any of these products / services. The Bank does not endorse any of the products / services made available to the Customers under this Offer.
- The Customer agrees that the Bank is neither responsible nor liable to the Customer and the service providers for the product and services of third parties availed by the Customer under this Offer. The Customer further agree that for any queries and issues regarding the said products and services under this Offer, the Customer will directly approach the service providers for the same.
- The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of this Offer inter alia for events including but not limited to unusual transaction pattern including but not limited torecycling of funds via wallets/fund transfers etc.
- The Bank at its sole discretion can decide on the eligibility of the Customers who can avail the Offer. The decision of the Bank with respect to this Offer will be considered final and binding in all respect. The terms and conditions of the Offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the primary terms and conditions governing the Savings Account (‘Customer T&Cs’) and shall at all times be read along with terms of the Customer T&Cs and such other terms and conditions that the Bank may deem appropriate from time to time in its sole discretion. Any irreconcilable contradiction between the terms and conditions contained herein and the Customer T&Cs, then terms of the Customer T&Cs shall prevail.
- The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/or cannot be made available to the Customer for any reason whatsoever.
- Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by the Bank to conduct further similar or other offers.
- These terms & conditions of the Offer shall be governed and interpreted as per the laws of India and any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai.
